Default How to create fphover button that will open a page in a new window?

Hello,

I have fphover.class links on my website. What code can I add so that
some of the links will open in a new window? I've tried the usual
"TARGET=_blank" code but it doesn't work. Thanks!

Gosh ... please don't recommend Hover buttons. There Java applets... we just
shouldn't use them any more. Here's the article from Jim Buyens one more

I decided to wait for the user to come back, with a question on "why they don't display for some
site visitors, etc."
