Animated link bars that when clicked more links appear within?

I've seen on websites and on FP2003 demos, link bars that when are clicked
more links appear. For example, I have a clothing business and would like a
button that displays "Mens Clothes". When the customer clicks the button I
would like more option buttons to appear i.e. Shorts, jeans, shirts. Please
help. Thanks
