Default Using FP2003 to create a form to save to database and email

Hello,

I have managed to create a single ASP form using the FP 2003 component
to save form results to a database as well as added a CDO component to
mail the results.

The script works; however, everytime I save this FP seems to remove
the change.

The first part of the code is auto generated from a webot tag.

I have seen the microsoft recommendation to do the above and it
requires 3 pages which seem inefficient. I have already added
validation on the page using javascript based on the Microsoft
recommendation.

Any ideas ? This should be a common requirement for many.

Regards,
