I was here a week ago about a problem with error message
and can not open my web. I have had 80 emails here and my host and still can not open it or publish a new one. I just searched here and found a answer but i can't seem to do it, it says the following from microsoft... NOTE: Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product documentation to complete these steps. Right-click Start and then click Explore. Locate the folder that contains your Web content, and then right-click that folder. Click Properties. Click the Security tab. Look for accounts that do not display a friendly name but instead display something like the following: S-1-5-21-124525095-708259637-1543119021-15767 Select the unresolved accounts or groups, and then click Remove. my problem is i do not have the existing web site of mine saved on my computer so i can not locate the "WEB CONTENT" as it asks for....what can i do ??? I have had this problem for a couple of weeks...i can not get in my site and my host has checked and double checked and has re installed the extentions...it comes down to this but i can't get in to change the setting......please read this carefully and answer only the question i ask....which is again.....i do not have the web saved...but it asks me to locate the web content......where and how do I do that??? Thank you |

Which version of FP are you using?
Is your site hosted on a Unix/Linux server? If yes, what version of the FP extensions are installed on the server? -- ============================================== Thomas A.
