can't open word power point etc... after download japanese language

all the time i open my word files it's no opened! it
alert to me that i have some problems with office xp
professional with front page like some problem with
PROPLUS.MSI and show me after that i have error no'1706
i need my word documents to send for mail to people but i
can't open any word file,and every thing begin after i
download the japanese language!!! what can i do ????
