FP2003 Shared Borders Grayed Out

Using FP2003. I had a small web that I was experimenting with that had
shared borders. All was working OK.

Then at one point I right clicked on the left border and Cut it. Then I did
Format>Shared Borders and Unclicked left border. Maybe I did some other
things. At any rate when I go to Format the Shared Borders option is grayed
out.

I closed/restarted FP. No luck.
I opened a new web. No luck. Shared Borders still grayed out.
I rebooted. No luck.

I google'd the problem. No luck so far.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. -- Sam
