I am sure that Tom is correct. There are many different types of files on
their site, including HTML, ASP, and ASP.Net, to mention the most common. I
would doubt that they are using FrontPage to do, for example, ASP or ASP.Net
pages.

Some sections are done in FrontPage, others are not. Much is done in Visual
Studio .NET, as Microsoft works a lot with their ASP.NET technology.
