If you want only the titles and fixed text translated,
this wouldn't be terribly difficult but it *would* require
you to write some custom program code. For more info,

If you want to translate free-form text that the visitor
types, you would have to investigate an on-line
translation service. To get crude translations, for
example, you can use the Google tools at:

http://www.google.com/language_tools

Someone probably has an on-line service that receives,
translates, and remails messages automatically but I have
no specific leads.
