Publish To Web

I use Front Page to publish to my website. Yesterday I went through the My Webs folder and cleaned out files I did not need anymore, and I think I must have deleted a hidden file as well because when I went to Publish Web it was not accessable. I'm not sure if me deleting a hidden file is the problem, but I know after I deleted things Front Page would not let me upload anymore. Does anyone know how to fix this, or how I can fix the uploading problem? If not, do any of you know of another publishing program? (I cant use FTP)

Open your site on the remote server in FP, then publish back to your local HD replacing the your
current copy. Never delete or modify your web content outside of FP and you will avoid issue like
this.
