Heather,
Sounds like the infamous "Disk Based Web" message. It is normal to get this when saving a form to your local web. It is basially a reminder that the extensions are necessary in order for the form to work. Always answer "NO" in response. The Frontpage form relies on two primary ingredients. 1. the FrontPage server extensions must be properly installed on the server. 2. Publishing with Frontpage to http ;ocation. Don't use FTP. If the extensions are installed on the server, then the form should function properly after publishing.
