Hi, I have just designed a website: www.fospen.org/, for
a group of us pensioners. I have used Feedback-form, from my 'Frontpage'software. Results are supposed be captured in the file" _ private/Form-results.csv\" or in an XL page. I cannot open the file to view the comments posted via Feedback page. My WPP says they can see the comments both in text and in Binary form on XL file marked 'Form_results.xls' . Please can you advise in details what I have to do to open the file to view comments or what am I doing wrong?. An urgent reply will be appreciated. Regards Kumar. 20/03/04 |

If you are storing the data in a .csv file, you need to open the site on the remote server directly
in FP, then export the .csv file to your desktop, then double click to open in Excel. -- ============================================== Thomas A.
