Default Server problems

We have recently been told by a company, when enquiring
about them hostng our sites, that they would not
host 'frontpage' web sites as
"Unfortunately we don't support FrontPage extensions
because they pose a security risk to our servers and our
customers".

Please reassure that we have not wasted a lot of time &
money.

Default Re: Server problems

You have not wasted time or money, just find another web host.

This specific host doesn't have a clue on how to manage their server securely with the FP
extensions, so you should be concerned with them knowing how to manage their servers security with
or without the extensions.

I'll second that - find another host who knows what s/he's doing...
