1) FP Temp Files are Usually in your IE Temp Folder, C:\WINDOWS\Temp and
C:\Documents and Settings\<USER>\Local Settings\Temp
4) Uninstall Addins thru Control Panel Add Remove Programs
5) To Repair IE see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=318378

What happen if you browse to the program folder containing FRONTPG.EXE and double click it
- usually in
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE
or for 2003 in
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11

| When I click on the shortcut to open FrontPage, I get a "sorry for the inconvience error".
|
| I have tried the usual repairs, but have some questions about them:
| 1. Where do I find all the FP Temp Files?
| 2. I have delete all hidden *.web files.
| 3. I deleted the file CMDUI.PRF.
| 4. How do I disable or uninstall any FP Addins?
| 5. I ran a Repair and Reinstall on FP. How do I do it on IE?
| 6. I have installed all Service Packs for my OS, IE and MS Office.
|
| Thank you.

Thank you

I tried the suggestions and double clicked FRONTPG.EXE in the program folder and it opened

However, I have now returned to the crashing at when I start FP (even double clicking the file name instead of a shortcut).
