Default discussion group

I am a special educator who works with several people regarding one child. I am trying to set up a secure discussion group and don't know where to start. I have a modest website, but don't know how to "hook it together".

First, set up the discussion Web.
1. Choose New from the File menu.
2. Click Web Site Templates
(or, in FP2003, More Web Site Templates).
3. Select Disucssion Web Wizard.
4. Under Specify The Location Of The New Web
specify a new folder on your server.
5. Click OK.

For instructions on securing the resultant Web site,
