Hey Steve.....

While you are at it.... you should respond to that post a couple of days ago
requesting volunteers for a TV FAN (for profit) site. Heck ... she even
promised to let you use her as a reference. I think her name was
Suzanne????? < vbg >

I would bet that a majority of the folks that frequent here do volunteer
work... and it is a good thing.... BUT .... it can take up a lot more of
your time than you want.

So I guess you could look at it this way..... you now have another spire on
your crown in heaven!

Best to you...

Tom-
I know what you are talking about. I volunteered to do a website for my
local volunteer fire department ( I volunteer for that also) and I will
admit that I knew absolutely nothing of web design, much less FP. I have
been doing it for 7 months now and I have learned alot through my mistakes
(aka Hover Buttons) and moreso through the use of this NG.

Thank You to all who have helped me in the past.

I can sure remember the first time I "opened"
FrontPage 98 and started "trying" to make a web page.
I did a lot of looking at other sites using "View source"
Spent a month inserting hyperlinks and then editing
them before I figured out you could highlight some text and "then"
click the hyperlink Icon.
Also spent a month editing in html view to add target="_blank"
before I figured out it was in hyperlink properties.
And the list of these seems endless.

The biggest hurdle to me was learning the terminology so I knew
"what does what."
And believe me, I'm still learning. Every Day.
Lucked out quite a while back and found a little utility
at MSFT named Web Developer Accessories, that installed into
Internet Explorer. Places a listing named "Document tree"
on the IE right click context menu.
When clicked it opens a page listing all of the elements
and clicking on each listing displayed a list the element
attributes if they were used in the page.

Unfortunately it doesn't work in IE 6 with updates.

Have you tried IE Booster? It's Web Developer Accessories on steroid, IMHO.
Best of all, it's free. Download at http://www.paessler.com/iebooster

nice flash type photo galleries with minimal work.
