Use a custom confirmation page, then create your form on it.

I believe Wes means to have the field value displayed on the confirmation
page instead of another form.

Hi Wes,

You'll have to create a custom confirmation form then include the fields to
display on it using the confirmation field component.

Insert | Web Component | Advanced Components | Confirmation Field.
