Default Problem with animated Gif

I have a small animated gif on my site
http://www.rationality.net/marvels.htm

The gif (bouncing balls) works fine when I look at it in FP 2002 with my IIS
and browser. It does not move once I publish it.

What am I doing wrong? (I deleted it and re-inserted it, no luck)

I am running Win XP Pro. Does this mean my Windows XP or my I.E.6 is broken?

Any idea how I can fix it?

Thanks

it's running for me too.
try this:
in internet explorer: tools/ internet options/ delete files, and clear
history.
see if it works better then.

Works fine for me on WinXP Home and Pro, SP 1, IE 6 SP1. Are you sure you
have "play animations in web pages" checked under Internet Options |
Advanced | Multimedia?

Works fine for me, too. Could your Security settings have accidently
defaulted back to the Maximum setting instead of Internet Zone?

If the memory gets too full, you may need to reboot.

Thank you all for your help. It turned out that Zone Alarm was the culprit.
In the Privacy Setting the Animation is turned off by default.

The balls are bouncing again.
