Default Same header/multiple pages

I've developed a heading and hover buttons. I want to copy the top on multiple pages. What is the easiest way to do this?

Easiest way is to use the Top Shared Borders, however the best way is to use
the FP Include Page Component.

What version of FP?

FP3 Use a DWT with protected top area

FP2K2 Use a Top Shared Border -- which is an include.

Probably the FrontPage Include Page component would be your best bet.
