counter doesn't change

I have inserted a hit counter onto a personal webpage and enabled FrontPage Server extensions on the webserver at Angelfire. The counter seems like it is stuck at 1 and eveytime I visit the counter it doesn't change. What could be the problem? Would you like to see for yourself?

This is usually a permissions problem. Try running Server
Health with all the checkboxes checked, or ask you host
to do so.
