Off Topic Outloook Express

Can anyone help me with the following problem. I'm upgrading (changing) my computer and I can't find any information on saving OE addresses and messages from my current computer. Any Ideas?

Sorry this is off topic but can't find an answer elsewhere and this group has solved so many problems for me in the past. It's a group to be proud of.
