server greyed out

frontpage 2002. when i click on tools, "server" is greyed
out. how come?

You need to have your website opened live on the server
to view Tools>Server.

I do have it opened live. I guess the host don't support
it. The host also does not support the top ten list web
component. The host is bcentral. One would think, since
it's a microsoft product the features would be supported.
