I think they are afraid the clients would then resell the space, etc. Some
will say because of security issues, that do not exist. -- ============================================== Thomas A. Does the following message indicate the hosting company unwillingness to allow subwebs or the server is technologically incapable of handling subwebs? I received this message when I tried to set "test5" subweb in FP2002. Name of the website in the massage is changed. Mark "404 Not Found Not Found The requested URL /test5/_vti_bin/_vti_aut/author.exe was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/1.3.28 Server at www.nameoftheweb.com Port 80 " |

The server must have the FP extensions installed and the host must allow for
the creation of FP subwebs. Does this server have the FP extensions? -- ============================================== Thomas A.
