Publish to your local drive first (or just go there if you have it locally).

Organize the site to not have images in the root (or simply delete them).

Select all the files, then open your control panel, find your printer, and
drop all the files on the printer Icon.

Your computer will automatically open all the files and print them.

Try small batches at first, in case you end up making a mess or it doesnt go
right or something.
