PayPal works pretty well and allows you to operate "natively" in (and
between) quite a few currencies, including $US and $Canadian,
£Sterling, and Euros. You can move funds to and from local bank
accounts in North America, Australasia, and much of Europe, though
users in some other parts of the world need to have US bank accounts
to get money out.
