Hi folks, two-pronged question
1. Thinking of changing ISP from Demon to bt and uping to 1 meg coonection......but.....on bt there is a 30 gig limit. How can I find out just how much stuff I download/upload in a month. I mean is there a prog. I can use, something in windows? 2.If not bt, anyone recommend another ISP offering 1meg, at a price close to bt, that may not be limited? Just for the record Demon have been very good and I have had very few problems with them, it's just that their 1 meg is well over £35 per month, and all pound's saved go to more upgrades!!!! Cheers!! ![]() |

Little thing to remember when looking at broadband packages.
Demon are dearer for a reason. compare the contention ratios between a dear ISP and a cheap one. Good explanation of contention ratios here Techy.

Any ideas about what I could use to measure how much I download?
I am online 24/7 and do use a fair bit of Bit Torrent, etc but only for shareware and freeware stuff of course! |
