Thin Client User unable to log back in after locking workstation

We have one user unable to log back in after locking his workstation. The
keyboard responds with the NUM LOCK key but cannot type in the password to
unlock the station. This only happens to this particular user using different
stations (does not happen to any other user). We have deleted the user's
profile but still happening. Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Are you running 2003 on the TS?
Check if this applies to your situation (hotfix is included in SP1):

840721 - Remote user cannot unlock a Terminal Services session in
Windows Server 2003

I forgot to mention we are using Windows 2000 Terminal Services running on
Citrix Metaframe XP. Thank you.
