Is there a separate (better) certificate management tool for IntExp 7 ?

The currently built-in dialogs have a couple of dis-advantages.
E.g. the "Intermediate certificate Authorities" is very tiny and not resizeable.
I cannot see when a certificate is installed.
I would appreciate to know how many web sites I recently visited use which certificate ....
I cannot (easily - only manually) revert back to a previous cert pool.

So again is there an advanced certificate handling tool for IE7?
