Text Wrap Issue in Outlook 2003

I have an issue with text wrapping incorrectly. When a users pastes
formatted data into the Message field, the recipient is able to see the
formatted data upon receipt of the form but when the form is printed, it
wraps all together and loses the format. What's even stranger is that this
only occurs in Outlook 2003 and not in Outlook 2007. If you send the same
form to both an Outlook 2003 user and an Outlook 2007 user at the same time,
only the Outlook 2007 user is able to print the form and retain the
formatting. Is there something in Outlook 2003 that causes the text to wrap
when printed?
