Text to top of textbox

Hi,

I have some text in a textbox that I want ALL the way to the top of the box.. The font is small enough to fit higher, yet, it won't go all the way up. When I make the height of the textbox smaller, it just cuts off the bottom of the text. But there is more room above it!

I have set the padding to zero as well as the margins. Is there something else I am missing?
