Text to speech api for .net 2003, CF1.1 (pocketpc)

Hi all,

can anyone pls let me know some simple text to speech apis for .net CF
(1.1) pocket pc? I would like to incorporate some voice over instructions
(reading the drivind directions) for my mappoint CF 1.1 application.
any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
