Anyone here have any experience with Tesco's music download service at
http://www.tescodownloads.com/ please? I bought my first album
yesterday and was extremely disappointed. Apart from the problem
itself, Technical Support were plainly looking for any excuse to place
the blame anywhere but on Tesco.
I downloaded the album in ZIP form but, after unzipping, 3 of its 17
tracks were missing. So I entered my Order No. and Transaction No.
into the Redownload facility to get those again. But when I follow the
correct procedure of playing each WMA track in WMP (WMP9 in my case),
I get a License Acquisition window popping up. For all other tracks,
WMP9 just handled it automatically. After entering the details, it
looked like this (I've altered the codes):

After clicking Process, I then got this:

But on clicking Login, I was returned to this

Full circle!
Tesco essentially say this is 'nothing to do with us', and offer no
useful suggestions.
Any ideas and advice on how to get those 3 tracks 'licensed' would be
much appreciated please.
DRM - what a performance!
