Hi all

First of all I should apologise to FBS and everyone else for the insinuation that there is a clique on this forum. I certainly did not mean for it to sound like that but was one of the thoughts in my brain at the time so it came out on screen.

Second apology is for my feeling sorry for myself kind of presence on here sometimes. Again, it is not intentional and is one of my flaws I guess and we're all allowed to have at least one flaw aren’t we? even though I probably have many, but that helps make up for those who don't have any flaws lol.

As for Tesco, I certainly hope they don't take over from the likes of Amazon and all the other great online only sites, but if you look at the way Tesco have been growing, it feels you soon won't be able to look left and right on the street without seeing one of their f-ing express stores and helping to close down local stores that had once been there for many years but can no longer compete with their prices and range. Tesco now sell second hand cars for prices higher than most other places I found out and had expanded some time into America with "Fresh 'n' Easy" brand.

I too bought a bike from Tesco which was reduced from £100 to £50 (Stealth Solar front and rear suspension 15 speed grip shift) and when put together, the front suspension doesn't go down at all (followed all instructions), even though I put all of my weight on it with some force to see if that would help it spring into action, but no. There is other minor niggles so I did think about taking it back but for the price I got it for, I just couldn't be bothered and learnt never to buy one from them again.

Some years ago I used to love cycling and had a top end £550 bike with all the extras like disc brakes and a fantastic light frame, but that got stolen and the police found the person only made them pay back £300. That money was only paid directly to my account like once every couple of months of no more than £5 instalments or £10 on one or more occasions, so I guess the thief was most likely unemployed and claiming they couldn't pay any more. So you can imagine why I never bothered to get another until now and this was only for some cardio to go with my Bodybuilding that I used to do when younger but have since took it back up again about 6 months ago.

So I run, take the bike out sometimes along with other general cardio to go with the training as it’s the only way to lose fat of course (not that I need to lose much but I want to get back into the lean muscular look I had before). To add, I have of course changed my diet to a high protein, moderate carbs and low fat accompanied with Calcium, vitamin D, E, B6 (the most important B vitamin for bodybuilders) and other B-Complex vitamins as B6 can only work most effectively with some of the others in your system. Bear in mind that some of these can only stay in your system for 4 - 6 hours on average during intense training, so is important to take these every day. Oh and the good ole Cod Liver Oil ... yummy lol.

This has of course taken up a lot more of my free time, so is another reason why I have felt like I'm on a small wooden 1 person boat drifting out to sea away from you all.

I do realise it all depends on how interesting the subject is and how often we can all visit the site and spend time to post. I could type "Big Boobs" which may have got more attention but wouldn't be appreciated would it when it’s only me complaining lol.

Anyway, I guess what I'm trying to say after getting way off track is a big Thank You to you all.

Rob.

Hi Rob nice to know you are still there. As far as Tesco's is concerned I don't think they will ever take over from Amazon as although Tesco does have some bargains the prices and amount of goods will never compare with Amazon's. If you look at Tesco at Home book they haven't got the choice that Amazon has e.g. camera's ther have only a few makes and limited models, IT is the same only a certain amount of products but with Amazon the sky is the limit except as far as I know Amazon does not sell a pint of milk or 1k of sugar. Any way nice you have not left left us.

Hi all

Sorry I havn't replied sooner.

Thanks bootneck02 and V_R. I've been busy and feel like I don't have a minute for myself lol. Oh well, at least I have tomorrow off now for my tattoo. Maria (Tattoo artist) sent me another email to ask me to go in at 1pm instead of 2.30pm as originally planed.

She feels the design is going to take longer, which I hope means she will be putting more detail into it .

Whilst looking through their Pin Up tattoo design books, I did take a picture of one design before being asked to not take any more. All I was going to do was take one pic of the 2 designs I couldn't choose from and then get back to Maria at a later date. I guess the woman (Jo I think her name was) must have thought I was possibly trying to sell them or something, who knows ... jeez ... I should ask her for permission to enter the studio tomorrow before she comes at me with fists pounding ... help .. Man beater on the loose .... get her off me ... get her off me .... lol. Customer Service training wouldn't hurt her.

Is £55 an hour and I currently have 3 hours booked, but will probably need more, especially if I have a background. I should be expecting Kat Von D for that lol ... joking, as it is reasonable in the tattoo world.

Maria is very good at her work as I have previously checked her out.

See below for the pic I took before being told not to take anymore. It isn't the one I'm getting but is similar style and will give you a sense of what I'm having exactly.

Had my Tattoo today, and I'm blown away.

Maria Fleet is fantastic !!!. I would advertise the studio but I realise we shouldn't plug anything on here, although I believe I have seen others do it.

The photo does not do it justice believe me, but is the best I could get on my phone. The kitchen light is spoiling the hair and face.

You can give the tattoo studio a plug CSB, you've asked, you're a regular, so go ahead, if you reckon they give a good service you could help somebody else looking for the same service who lives nearby.
