I have a Windows 2000 Advanced server, it is a TS server, we have 3 users
connecting via TS and using MYOB. The server has an external Fax modem
installed and I have set it up so the users can Fax via the modem. I have
tested it and can fax via MYOB and via other applications like Word, but it
keeps frizzling out.
Most of the time it does not work, jobs get queued in the fax (actually
duplicated!) and then if you look at the Fax queue it empty but reads there
is 2-10 jobs depending. I have restarted the fax and printing spools and
deleted the jobs to try and allow it to start again but it constantly gets
stuck.
Has anyone had any experience with this? Is the only alternative to use
either a 3rd party Faxing program, online fax or Upgrade to 2003 and use Fax
Sharing?
