We bought 2000 TS CAL 2 years ago. We activated License server and add 30
CALs. Today we add 1500 CAL licencences. Now how we can determinate how much
CAL license is still avaible?

I'm sorry, but I don't understand the problem.
If you have 2 licenses servers, and TS CALs installed on each of
them, then each License Manager will show a number of installed,
issued and available TS CALs.
If you want this information combined, you can use the lsreport
tool from the Resource Kit:

317592 - HOW TO: Use the Terminal Services Licensing Reporter Tool
(Lsreport.exe)
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=317592

I think you have to elaborate a bit more to explain the problem.
