term serv with a red line

's Computer Specifications

I justy upgraded an ntserver term serv edition to 2k
server and the term services sill not work and I can't
connect through the mangement console. Any help would be
appreciated.

Ough! Upgrading is not what I would recommend.
Is there anything in the EventLog?
