Tasklist

Hi all,

I'm not able to use tasklist between two Windows XP pro computers. They are
not on a domain but are both on the same workgroup. The error I am getting
is:

ERROR: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.

I am using a command like "tasklist /s compname /u user /p password." I
have also created the same administrator user/password combination on the
local, and remote computer.

Does anyone have any ideas or any expertise in this area?
