when i go to "taskbar and start menu properties" and i
click on options for the taskbar .(keep taskbar on
top..group similar taskbar buttons..show quick launch). i
then apply and ok ..but nothing happens ..i don't have
quick launch on the start.. i did have it before and
something happened it disappeared .and when i click on
taskbar and click quick launch i get a message
saying ...can not create toolbar.can you please help me

However, before you run it check for the existence of the
folder for QuickLaunch
C:\Documents and Settings\'YourLoginName'\Application Data\
Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

If that folder is missing that may be why QuickLaunch
cannot be enabled - It depends on that folder. If the
Quick Launch folder is missing, try to create it from within
the Internet Explorer folder, Reboot and try to enable QL
again.
