Check to see if your schedlgu.txt is read only:
1. Start Windows Explorer.
2. Locate the Schedlgu.txt file in the %SystemRoot% folder.
3. Right-click the Schedlgu.txt file, and then click Properties.
4. Clear the "Read-only" check box, and then click OK.
