task manager reports 50% cpu usage when system idle

Task manager reports 50% cpu usage when system idle.
The cause is excessive interrupt activity.
How can I determine which device is flooding the CPU with
interrupts? I have recently updated a number of drivers
so the problem COULD be with one of them but I have no
clue as to which one.

Help appreciated!
