task bar

Hi

In xp the bar at the bottom of the screen - if I have
several of the same applications open at the same time -
they squish together - how do I prevent this like in
Windows NT, 95?

Some possibilities...

1. Group the buttons in the taskbar

2. Increase the height of the taskbar
