Hi,

I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of a sample TAPI
application code - preferrably C - to place a call and play a wave file over
a voice modem.

Never looked at the sample before, but check out the Platform SDK samples
directory (should be something like c:\program files\Microsoft
SDK\Samples\NetDS\Tapi).
