Is there a way to use

tabledefs.append linktable

where linktable is a linked table.

I have no problem appending a table who is data is in
ACCESS but run into all kinds of trouble when the data is
external (Oracle or orhters).

I have tried this and still get a 3011: The Microsoft Jet
database engine could not find the
object 'objectname'........


Any suggestions????

Have you tried debugging it to see on which object it fails? What about the
connection string you are using?
