I'd like to have a collapsible list type Table of Contents. Each of my pages
has 100+ items which need to be listed in the table of contents. So each page
would be in the collapsed list and the 100+ items would be in the expanded
list for each main item. Will Frontpage 2003 do this, or perhaps a Javascript?

You can find many collapsible lists by googling

I tried "collapsible lists in HTML and Javascript"

Here is one such

But you may want a vertical one
Here's an interesting one

There's oodles of them to try.
