If you still want to return your computer to factory condition, refer to
its manual or look on the computer mftr.'s tech support website for how
to do it. The ability to return to factory condition has nothing really
to do with XP or Vista; the restore process is provided by the computer
mftr. and differs from mftr. to mftr. and even from different models
from the same mftr. So you will need to look up your method as suggested.
