System Swapfile missing after adding a new HDD

Hi:

After I've added a new HDD to the pc, the system swap file
appears to be missing or too small. Windows cannot start,
it complain about the system swap file is missing or too
small. I cannot login to create/increase the size of the
system swap file. I uninstall the new added HDD, but
windows keep displaying the same error.

Any help?
