Actually, I had been using some version of Norton's Utilities since their
first MS-DOS version, all the way through 2003 System Works. However, since
2003 came out, and now 2004, I've had nothing but problems with them. I then
began to look for a Norton alternative and found System Mechanic 4
Professional, which has worked well for me thus far. I just never installed
their firewall and Av options. Just using their utilities.
