System Crashes due to 'Remote Access' Event 20106..

's Computer Specifications

Hi all.

i can be happily using my 2 week old pc and wham, it just crashes, music and
display stops although pc is still running (noises etc). after ages of
trying to work out what it was i was directed to my system log where suprise
suprise the error is registered every time it happens. it is a remote access
event 20106 problem now i am running XP Pro, anyone know how to stop this
from happening and can guide me through it.

p.s heres what the system log says in the description box:

Unable to add the interface {C52309D0-0D15-471A-9CD4-BE2EA6BCF818} with the
Router Manager for the IP protocol. The following error occurred: Cannot
complete this function.
