System Administrator Cannot start Outlook

Trying to start Outlook as I want to syncronise my
contacts with my new palm zire 72. Cannot start as I
have not configureed it properly and I am not the system
administrator. I am using Windows XP and I am the only
user on the computer. What do I do to get it going?
Please help
