Dear all, I'd Like to exclude some file (extension tmp) from the synch
process but can't work out how to do it. Can anyone help or advice on this
issue, please.

Are you using SyncToy 1.4 or the 2.0 beta? I don't recall how to do it
with 1.4 but in the 2.0 beta you just click on "change options" and
would put *.tmp in the exclusions box.

Hi Swifty, I am using Vers 1.4
The "change options" only allow files to be included. No idea how to exclude
files. Do I have to use Ver 2.0 in order to get this done? Will all my
adjustments be kept?

So, you'd need the 2.0 beta to get "exclude files". I can't remember if
the upgrade saved my settings or if I had to re-create them.
