Does anyone know how to get past the permissions issue when trying to "copy
to folder" from Outlook appointment entry to the Shared Calendar?

where is the company web calendar folder stored/how are you accessing it?
what permissions does your account have to it?

It is stored on the Small Business Server, standard install. Accessing it
through Outlook as a shared calendar. According to Office online, click on
appt entry in Outlook, Edit, copy to folder, choose Shared Calendar, click
ok. Gives permission error. Users have full permissions.
